Rates/Refunds/Terms

Please understand that once a firm booking date is agreed upon by both parties, River Summit Outfitters, LLC (”RSO”) reserves those dates for you and your group and we turn away prospective guests based on our booking agreement.

• Fishing / Adventure Package - A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking. The remainder is due upon arrival at River Summit Lodge.

• Hunting Package - 25% at booking and the remainder is due 60 days prior to the start date.

• We Fish & Hunt & Adventure come rain, snow, smoke or shine. No refunds or credits due to weather conditions.

• Montana is prone to fires. As long as the Forest Service Dept. deems it safe to hunt or fish…we will.

• Fishing / Adventures - A full refund will be given if the trip is cancelled by the client at least 30 days in advance of the adventure’s start date.

• Hunting - A full refund will be given if the trip is cancelled by the client at least 60 days in advance of the adventure’s start date.

• If any cancellations occur inside of those timeframes, monies paid to RSO will only be refunded if we can re-book the same adventure with another client.
