Urban Lodge

Located in the heart of downtown Ennis Montana, one block behind Main Street, our “urbaN lodge” is comprised of 3 buildings and sits on a private, enclosed half acre near the banks of the Madison River.

We tailored our quaint fly fishing and adventure lodge to be an intimate montana experience for 2-8 guests. Our lodge is a newly renovated 1914 property and provides a private and enjoyable adventure with your fly fishing or hunting buddies, your partner, or family.

Fly shops, historic saloons, shopping, restaurants, a whiskey distillery and a brewery are just moments away on foot - yet still enjoy the peace and tranquility of your private getaway.

PACKAGES:

FISHING LICENSE:

First you need to purchase the required $10 conservation license and $7.50 aquatic invasive species pass then the appropriate duration license. Non-Resident Licenses are sold in blocks and have flexibility on use days.

Purchase and print your license here: https://ols.fwp.mt.gov/

PETS:

We love all animals, but have found that lodge operations and adventure logistics run more smoothly when guests leave their pets at home. However, if you are traveling with your pet (including horses) we are connected with wonderful pet boarding operations here in Ennis and can provide that information. Thank you for your understanding.

SUPPLIES:

We supply your flies and we have rods, waders and boots to use (if needed). We also have Ball Caps, T’s, Hoodies, Koozies and Coffee Tumblers for purchase. For all other items, Main street has 3 fly shops and a sporting good store just a block away from our lodge. Any last minute supplies needed can be purchased there.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please let us know in advance if there are any food allergies or medical concerns that we should be aware of. If so, the name and number of an emergency contact would be appreciated. In an urgent event, Ennis has a highly equipped critical access hospital with helipad.
